Who is responsible for your data

This website is run by Vinay Muley, an independent AI adoption consultant based in Paris, France. I am the data controller for the personal data described below.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and the message you write.
• Newsletter form: your email address.

I do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. I use Vercel Analytics to count pageviews without collecting personally identifiable information, and I do not buy, sell or rent personal data.

Why I use it

I use your details only to reply to your message, to follow up about a possible engagement, and, if you signed up, to send the monthly field notes. The legal basis is your consent and, where you ask about working together, steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).

Who processes it for me

• Vercel Inc. hosts the website and runs the form endpoint.
• Upstash Inc. stores form submissions in a database.

These providers may process data outside the European Union under their standard contractual clauses.

I keep your details only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. I delete your data on request.

You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
